TALK TO
ME
by Theresa
Talk to Me, My child,
Let Me hear your pleas.
Express to Me what's in your heart
Let Me heal your disease.
Come to Me
In the secret, quiet place
I'll send forth My mercy,
And pour out My grace.
I yearn for you
To visit with Me
Let Me change your life
I will set you free.
Think about it, My child
When you are ready, I am here.
My love flows out to you
There is nothing to fear.

Prayer Time:
Matthew 14:22
Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and
go on ahead of him to the other side, While he dismissed the
crowd.
Matthew 14:23
After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountain side
by himself to pray. When evening came he was there alone...

How often do we leave our prayer life on the back burner
until we find ourselves in the middle of a tragedy, or
illness, or trial that has have taken its tolls upon us?
Maybe we finally look up when we think we have nowhere to
turn but to God.
But our
Heavenly Father says in His Word; "Evening, and morning,
and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear
my voice." Psalm 55:17
The Lord is also aware of when we are seeking forgiveness
before we even ask, but it should not stop us from accepting
it as given. Sometimes, that acceptance is more difficult
for us than God's treasured forgiveness. He wants to be
accepted as our loving Father who is always there for us.
Start a good Prayer Life by taking part in this website's
Prayer Chain. God is not concerned with the size of any
group. ("For where two or three are gathered together in
my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20)
We know that a healthy prayer life for each of us
begins on our knees. Our faithful prayers can and will
change things, and God with His welcome forgiveness will
always be the wonderful icing that forever covers a
multitude of those sins that keep us from Him. It is never
too late to begin.

If you have a
prayer you would like to post so others may pray with you or for
you, please send it to us.

The Lords
Prayer
Our
Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power,
and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
